What happens:

• TRT Client Management Plan – Visits & Process

  • Visit 1 (Core package included – 60 min)

    • Two morning blood draws (total & free testosterone, PSA, hematocrit)

    • Medical history & symptom evaluation

  • Visit 2 (included core package)

    • Lab results review & diagnosis confirmation

    • Treatment selection (injectable, gel, or pellets)

    • First dose administration or take-home training

  • Visit 3 (4-Week Check – 30 min)

    • Symptom & side effect review

    • Repeat testosterone & hematocrit lab draw

  • Visit 4 (3-Month Review – 30 min)

    • Full lab panel (testosterone, PSA, hematocrit, lipids)

    • Dose adjustment if needed

  • Visit 5+ (Ongoing Maintenance – Every 6 Months)

    • Quick lab draw & 15‑min clinical review

    • Dose stability & long‑term safety check

  • Annual Visit (Once per year – 30 min)

    • Complete physical exam & bone density (if indicated)

    • Cardiovascular risk reassessment
